Faq subscription content

What happens if I miss a delivery?
Our shipping service tries three times to get a signature with your box delivery. If they miss you, they’ll hold the box at the nearest customer center for five business days, where you can pick it up. And if you’re unable to retrieve your wines during this time, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. We’ll either refund you for the missed wine or send you another complimentary box.
How does shipping work?
Once you place your order, we’ll take 1 - 3 business days to hand pack it. Then, we’ll send you a tracking email when your wines leave our warehouse. After we ship your wines, they take 2 - 3 business days to arrive on the West Coast, and 5 - 7 to arrive on the East Coast. Since we are shipping alcohol, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not home during the day, we can ship to your work adress, a friend or your local delivery service store. The wines will automatically be signed for so you can pick them up at your leisure. We can control the DATE or the ADDRESS at which the wines are delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot control the time at which they deliver to your home. If you need wines re-routed, just shoot us an email and we can make sure they get to the desired address.
If I loved a specific wine, can I order more of it?
Of course! We’d never get in the way of true love. We offer a custom order service to accommodate any additional bottle requests. Email us the name and vintage of the wine you loved and we’ll grab it for you. If we don’t have it, our curators will suggest similar wines. Our custom VIP email is VIP@dryfarmwines.com.
