11.13% alcohol, 0.4 g/L sugar, 29 ppm sulfur
Beautiful florals accented by notes of pine and delicate tannins
This beautiful wine expresses Chilean terroir perfectly. Made from the native Pais grape on 150 year old vines, all harvest is done by hand and the grapes are stomped by foot. Louis-Antoine Luyt is a pioneer in South American Natural Wines; you can sense his commitment to soil and Nature in every glass.
10.8% alcohol, 0.5 g/L sugar, 2 ppm sulfur
Red fruit and crisp earth punctuated by a refreshingly bright acidity
Hardly grown anywhere outside of the Loire Valley in France, Grolleau is a fascinating native French grape. The Chauvin family, coming from 5 generations of winemakers, know it well. They transmit a proud sense of history and hard vineyard work through their wines.
11.3% alcohol, 0.6 g/L sugar, 28 ppm sulfur
Focused, rocky minerality gives finesse to this burst of red fruit
A delicious blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan from 25 year old vines, the Péroraison pairs freshness with the boldness of Southern France. The wine's rocky minerality comes from the unique soil of the Pyrennes mountains.
11.5% alcohol, 0.5 g/L sugar, 35 ppm sulfur
A thirst quenching red with notes of dry earth and red raspberries
Grown in the cool climate, fertile soils of northern Italy, this blend of Barbera and Dolcetto is impressively drinkable. Without any filtration, the Completo is a Natural reflection of Piedmont and the beautiful family who made it: Bruna, Luigi, Matteo and Luca.
All our wines are independently lab tested to be less than 12.5% alcohol.
While wine alcohol levels continue to rise (nowadays, the average is nearing 15%), we believe in the opposite approach. Higher doses of alcohol are addictive and often cause headaches and hangovers. Plus, alcohol is toxic in larger doses.
In smaller doses, wine can be powerful. It can expand your creativity, help with heart health, and encourage social connection.
Yes. Wines with less than 11.5% alcohol give you a unique feeling.
The pleasant buzz is energizing. It's a more delicate, elegant experience. It pairs far better with food and allows you to taste more complex and subtle flavors.

Power. Grounding presence. Love for family. These are the themes we try to invoke in our Father's Day still life. Our artistic inspiration comes from the simple, raw austerity of the earth paired with the spilled red wine.
A pyramid of champagne coupes filled to the brim with bubbly expresses the elegance and grandeur of our sparkling wines. And don't forget the quartz blocks, glass elements, and florals - they add a rounded, polished feel to the piece.
