2023 Domaine de la Triballe Rosé de la Rainette
Tasting Notes
There's a reason why the rosés of Southern France have achieved icon status among the great wines of the world. With it's bouncy red fruit, crisp acidity, and lick of seabreeze, there's nothing better to drink in the sunshine. The Rosé de la Rainette opens with unripe red fruit, along with just a bit of fresh herbs while the palate is delicate, elegant, and satisfying with the same red fruits, distinct minerality, and a crisp finish.
Food Pairing
Although it's hard to beat this wine on its own as a refreshing aperitif, it will be lovely with light appetizers like salmon crudo, a crisp little gem salad, or boquerones.

2023 Domaine Rouge Bleu Chéris Bourgeons de Mai
Tasting Notes
Some of the grapes that go into this rosé come from vines that are more than seventy years old, and you can taste that depth and concentration in the wine. Opening with effusive notes of white peach, watermelon, and even some garrgigue, the palate is rich and vibrant, reflecting the same fruits, with a long, memorable finish.
Food Pairing
A deeper rosé like this will enjoy pairing with heartier seafood like smoked salmon with dill and yogurt, tuna crudo, or a classic shrimp cocktail, but will match up well with grilled chicken and salsa verde too.

2023 Tasi M.F. M.C M.Z 'Rosato'
Tasting Notes
A great example of a rosé that's plenty of fun but still takes itself seriously, the Tasi Chiaretto opens with bright notes of strawberry, and pink flowers, while the palate is deep and mineral with superb tension, and a zippy, mouth-watering finish.
Food Pairing
A lovely rosé to plot pairings with, the Chiaretto will be delightful beside light seafood appetizers like scallop crudo or shrimp cocktail, or summer vegetable salads starring veggies like tomato and zucchini.
