2020 Calafata Scapigliato: Dried earth and minerals meet cherries and strawberries on the nose, setting the stage for a palate full of ripe red fruit, food-friendly acidity, and well-integrated tannins.

2019 Caven Tellino: Classic Nebbiolo notes of Bing cherry, tilled clay, and darker flowers emerge in the glass, moving to a palate with spectacular balance, lovely fruit weight, well-mannered tannins, and clean, refreshing acidity.

2019 Cecilia Zucca Barbera: Deep notes of cherry and plum, along with a whiff of earth waft in the glass, the palate is intense with the same fruits, baking spices, and food-friendly tannins and acidity.

2020 Domaine Saint Germain Petite Marie: With a mineral, almost caramelized aspect to the nose that comes from Burgundian winemaking techniques, and a palate full of subtle fruits like lychee and lemon, enjoy this wine with friends!

2020 Domaine du Penlois Les Vins du Penlois Beaujolais Villages Rosé: Sweet and enticing strawberry fields on the nose, palate is pure joy, strawberries and cream, very soft.

2018 Celler Jordi Lluch Cava Reserve Brut Nature Vinya Escudé: Baked apples and a touch of cream make the nose reminiscent of pie à la mode, with a palate characterized by elegant, small bubbles, some nice citrus elements, and a touch of caramel.

NV Masia Salat Cava: A vibrant nose with a touch of yellow fruit and yeast moves to a palate with lively bubbles and an elegant, understated finish.
