Lab Standards

Every wine undergoes rigorous third-party laboratory analysis at the standard reference temperature of 60F confirming an ethanol concentration of 12.5% ABV or lower.

Verified by independent lab analysis of Fru/Glu to contain 1g/L or less of residual sugar, delivering less than 0.15 grams of sugar per glass.

Natural fermentation converts virtually all grape sugars into alcohol.

Sulfites are a natural byproduct of fermentation, but wine companies often add high levels during winemaking. While standard wines can contain up to 350 ppm of sulfites, every bottle in our collection is third-party lab tested to ensure total sulfites remain at or below 75 ppm, with the average being 40ppm.

Every bottle is third-party tested to guarantee Ochratoxin A levels are safely below the minimum detection threshold of <0.10 µg/L

Every wine in our portfolio goes through a third party nutritional panel for accurate calories, carbohydrates, sugar, & protein levels.

Third-party lab-analyzed to confirm all of our wines exceed the Organisation Internationale de la vigne et du vin (OIV) global trade standards for heavy metal contamination. All wines in our portfolio exceed OIV global trade standards with trace heavy metals at exceptionally low, near-negligible concentrations.

Soils naturally contain trace minerals, which is why every batch undergoes high-precision ICP-MS lab testing. We ensure heavy metals like lead, arsenic, and cadmium remain at ultra low, trace-only levels, far beneath standard regulatory guidelines.

We partner exclusively with small family farmers who choose hands-on stewardship over industrial shortcuts. Their multigenerational approach yields vibrant, regenerative vineyards and grapes of unadulterated quality.

By forcing roots deep into native subsoil, dry farming without irrigation yields small, intensely concentrated grapes and healthier fruit. This water-conserving tradition also preserves natural resources and helps better express terroir.

All our wines undergo natural fermentation with non-GMO, native yeast. GMO and lab made yeasts are allowed in winemaking because they help better control fermentation.

We prohibit over 70 FDA approved winemaking additives; From Mega Purple to added sugars & and synthetic fining agents, preserving the grape’s natural integrity. What remains is a pure, unadulterated living wine.

We scour historic regions from Burgundy to Tuscany to partner with heritage growers. These global pursuits ensure every bottle represents the pinnacle of pedigreed, time-honored winemaking.

Every wine passes four rigorous tasting evaluations, alongside the winery and within our internal Tasting Council before leaving our facility. Any wine that doesn't meet our standards remain in our cellar until reaching peak drinkability.

Every wine is rigorously vetted at each step of the journey by our internal Tasting Council, a dedicated panel of seven veteran wine professionals.
