A lightly-aged Champagne that’s coming right into its own, the Émotion is timeless from the start, with notes of crème brulée, green apple, along with cardamom and clove on the nose before moving to a more linear, mineral palate reflecting the same orchard and citrus notes, along with tiny, almost creamy bubbles.
