A Mix of Our White Wines

From France's most esteemed soils for Sauvignon Blanc, the Liane delivers on all of our favorite aspects of this heralded grape. Opening with a nose that's both mineral and full of white peach and a touch of guava, the palate is rich and full of the same fruits, with a brisk, mineral finish.

A perfect white to pair with all varieties of seafood, enjoy the Liane beside rich, cooked dishes like brandade, or sol meuniere, or next to a refreshing salmon, or vegetable, tartare.

A flight of white peach and white florals greets the nose in this classic Pinot Grigio before moving to a ripe, honied palate, that reflects layers of the same white Italian peach, with fresh acidity.

A lovely wine to enjoy on its own, the relatively low acidity of the Fidora Pinot Grigio make it a lovely match for plainer, sometimes sweeter foods, adding a fruity complement. Enjoy with blanquette de poulet, a richer, sweeter Indian curry like tikka masala, or a simple filet of cod with parsley sauce.

Luneau Papin has long been a standard bearer of the linear, layered whites of Muscadet, and the Clos du Milieu is a Muscadet par excellence. Opening with fruit that ranges lemon peel, to kiwi, to wet stone, the palate is glassy and deep with the same citrus fruit anchoring the palate before a long, mineral finish.

Muscadet is a nuanced, almost neutral wine, and will shine beside simple preparations like raw oysters on the half shell, poulet à la blanquette, boquerones, or pan con tomate.
