Sourcing
We partner with artisan growers from world-renowned regions, and each is vetted to meet strict criteria, including no pesticides, no irrigation, only non-GMO yeasts, and a prohibition on commercial additives.
Third Party Verified
Every wine is sent to an independent lab to be tested for chemical composition and quality. This screening includes sugar, sulfites, alcohol, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium), and mold (Ochratoxin A).
Tasting Protocol
Every wine must successfully pass four tastings along its lifecycle by our Tasting Council. Any wine that doesn't meet our standards is held in our cellar and is only offered at its peak drinkability.
