The Wines...

2021 Château Ferran Saint Pierre Bordeaux Supérieur Tucaou
Tasting Notes
Tucaou is a special, albeit tiny village on the right bank of Bordeaux, and Julian Ferran is perhaps its greatest emissary. The '21 Tucaou opens with vintage Bordeaux notes of cigar box, vanilla, red currant, and just a kiss of tart cherry, moving to a juicy and savory palate with long, well-integrated tannins, and a tasty, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
Perfect with a steak au poivre, the Tucaou will also do well beside a plate of lamb chops with mint chimichurri, or a hearty mushroom soup.

2019 Champagne Solemme Brut Nature Premier Cru
Tasting Notes
A wine that at first blush could only be Champagne, this Premier Cru opens with notes of caramelized sugar, golden apple, and sugared pasty dough, moving to a palate with some of the same golden apple fruit, with heaps of mineral intensity, tiny bubbles, and a memorable, lengthy finish.
Food Pairing
A perfect Champagne for all classic Champagne pairings, the Solemme Premier Cru will do very well beside a plate of blinis and caviar, oysters on the half shell with mignonette, or even a plate of crispy fried chicken.

2023 Domaine de la Cotelleraie Touraine Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes
This Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is a classic representation of its terroir, and even smells a bit like the nearby Atlantic. Aromas of zesty citrus, freshly-cut grass, and sea air greet the nose. On the palate, it shines with vibrant acidity, delivering flavors of crisp green apple and grapefruit. A quintessential example of Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, refreshing and true to its heritage.
Food Pairing
The zestiness of this wine makes it a great partner for seafood - enjoy it beside a tuna or swordfish steak with rosemary, a salmon tartare, or a plate of lemony grilled vegetables.
