We’re so proud to offer our best selection of 3 bubbles yet. From the romance countries of France, Italy, and Spain, we’ve selected these vibrant, textured wines that each present a unique perspective on sparkling wine.

Every one of these fine wines is crafted by an artisan winegrower using organic and biodynamic practices. There is no sugar, no carbs, and no industrial chemicals in any of these wines.

It is rare to find natural sparkling wine that fits our rigorous health and taste standards in the US. We have worked hard and traveled to Europe to curate this special selection - we’re grateful for the chance to share them with you!

About: From organic grapes grown in the best clay-limestone soils of the Saumur region, this Brut sparkling is a perfect balance of crisp bubbles and pleasant earth. A truly refreshing and precise wine.

NV Vinyes Singulars Cava Brut Nature

Winemaker: Vinyes Singulars

About: This cava showcases a unique blend of local Spanish grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. It is as clean as it is fresh, with a soft minerality that makes it a delicious pairing with seafood and lighter fare.

NV Vignale di Cecilia Val di Spin

Winemaker: Paolo Brunello

About: From a small plot of calcareous stone in mainland Italy comes a rockstar blend of local Italian grapes: Garganega, Glera, & Pinella. This wine drinks like a smooth Prosecco with good body and clean finish. Perfect for an apéritif!
