The hard climate and poor soils render natural farming virtually impossible. Land is expensive, so artisans are crowded out by large companies. Not to mention – balanced, classic taste without any sugar is a nearly impossible feat.

Champagne Club features a singular cuvée of rare artisan Champagne delivered in three-bottle allocations once per quarter.

Our spring feature is the NV Champagne Harlin ‘Bête à Bon Dieu.’ This rare Champagne is a remarkable blend of six vintages, from 2014 - 2019, featuring notes of crème brulée and the richness of apple tarte tatin.

A varietal Pinot Meunier that shows the two faces of Champagne: golden richness and laser focus. On the nose, notes of crème brulée and still-baking bread entwine before moving to a palate that has the richness of apple tarte tatin, the minerality of crushed stone, and the texture of fresh cream.
