Coming from the land of Amarone and Ripasso, this Valpolicella shows the lighter side of Veneto's signature red wines. With ample cherry fruit, along with those classic Italian notes of dried earth, and even balsamic, this can function as the centerpiece of an Italian feast, or it can be served as a casual table wine. Full of straightforward charm, but with a bit more going on than it lets on, this is a wine for sharing, and enjoying with family, chosen or otherwise.
