A delicate Pinot like this one will do very very well with things like mushrooms, either simply roasted, or in a pasta or risotto. Try it with richer fish dishes too like Salmon and Beurre blanc, or Lobster Thermidore for a one-of-a-kind pairing.
Tasting Notes
You're not seeing things, this wine is actually from Canada! A soft, supple example of Pinot Noir that's not as ripe as its counterparts in the US or France, the Pearl Morissette Pinot is very pretty on the nose, with light red fruits and some earth coming through.
