A wine that falls firmly into the barbecue category, this is a great red for eating al fresco, highlighting anything with grill marks. A classic rack of ribs with a mustard or vinegar sauce, grilled mushrooms, or a grilled skin-on chicken breast will all be fabulous pairing partners.
Tasting Notes
A quintessential "dark and brooding" wine with a nose of barbecue, dark plums, and currants. The palate has a distinctive minerality that keeps things interesting, with the same black fruits coming to the party.
