Tasting Notes
The wines from Claus Preisinger are stylistic, to say the least. This iteration from the former surfer is a bit of a "neither fish nor fowl" wine, straddling the line between light and bright, and earthy and brooding. With pronounced blue and purple fruit on the nose, along with a touch of balsamic, the palate is lifted yet dark, with that same earthen streak running through it.
