Tasting Notes
A dense, woodsy Beaujolais like this shows just how varied the wines from this classically-fresh-and-fruity region can be. Dark-colored and dark-fruited, a touch of stems and neutral oak brings some real depth to the palate, this is a Beaujolais, no doubt, but it's also very supple and serious.
