One of the parent grape's to the famous Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc has been living in its child's shadow for decades now, and after tasting a wine like this, we wonder why? With luscious dark fruit that nearly borders on chocolate, a distinct and pleasant earthen quality, and a softness and delicacy that Cab Sauv often lacks, this is a wine that shows the best of this historic grape.
