"Vin de Soif" refers to a particular style of wine that's "thirst-quenching.” As you may imagine, the wine is easy as can be on the palate, yet still presents plenty of intrigue and complexity. Beginning with aromas of violets, dark fruit, and a touch of baking spice, the palate is fresh but with surprising weight. There's a distinct minerality here as well that adds to the crisp finish.
