Tasting Notes
There's a lovely complexity to the nose here that tricks us into thinking this is a Loire or Burgundian white. Opening with both strong mineral elements alongside honey and citrus, the palate is similarly layered, with dense yellow and tropical fruits, a touch of herbal green, and a long, soft finish.
