Delicious on it's own, the Pat Nat will bounce off fresh seafood excellently: scallop crudo, raw oysters, or even a smoked trout dish will all be excellent, along with a vegetable plate and hummus or french onion dip.
Tasting Notes
This is one of those wines that you could stick your nose in all day - with really bright floral notes, and full fleshy white fruits elegantly bubbling up in the glass, it really shows a deft winemaking touch. In the mouth, it's just as delicious, leaning more into citrus fruits, and not carrying so much of the florality to make it overbearing - a great, unique bottle from one of our favorite new growers.
