The classical pairing for this kind of Bordeaux Blanc are oysters on the half shell, but the weight of this wine makes it usable alongside grilled oysters or clams with chile butter too. The herbal nature of sauvignon blanc makes it a great pairing with bright vegetables too, we can't think of a better pairing than some poached artichokes with mint.
