There's an element to this wine called oxidation that opens up lots more opportunities for pairing. The Synthèse will be excellent with white fish and poultry preparations, but the nuttiness here also makes it a great match for marcona almonds, vinaigrette-laden salads, and olives.
Tasting Notes
We love the wines from Riberach because they always have something to say. A blend of four grapes from the south of France, this wine opens up with distinct aromas of caramel and wet stone, with a touch of orchard fruit. On the palate, there's an abundance of lip-smacking acidity that keeps things fresh, while the minerality from the nose is retained. It’s a thoughtful wine to spark conversations.
