Tasting Notes
Fun fact: Picpoul literally translates to "lip stinger," in French. Known primarily for the lip-stinging acidity that it brings to the table, Picpoul shows a strong mineral streak as well. A certain round and citrusy quality of the Villa Noria makes it a bit more versatile than just as an oyster-pairer, but it will do well with raw seafood without a doubt.
