The Arndorfers (Martine and Naa) are quickly making a name for themselves in the natural wine world, and one whiff of this wine immediately makes it clear why. Opening with a layered and deep nose of slaty minerality, citrus, and matchstick, the palate is bright and elegant as can be, with lovely refreshing minerality.
