An orange wine of this variety is going to be excellent beside salty salty food, and we can think of anything better than Boquerones. For something a bit more palatale for more folks, a rich Caesar salad will be fabulous too, or even a classic slice of New York style pizza.
Tasting Notes
The Saroto Branco is a delicious example of a wine style known as a "field blend." What this means is that a number of different grape varieties are grown beside each other, they're all picked together, and fermented together too. What this gives the wine is a sense of balance more than anything. The nose here is brimming with wildflower and honey, and a bit of pine, while the palate is fuller with just a touch of tannin.
