Nose is more muted, really quite pleasant if not a bit boring, doesn't have a lot of Fiano oomph, but that might be wise LP: Tiny kiss of ox, mineral, super fresh, higher acid now but still really well integrated, super clean all the way through,
Tasting Notes
Fiano is one of THE white grape of Southern Italy, and it's wholly it's own. At once, both savory and floral, it opens with a lovely nose of white flowers and minerals, while the palate is richer and weightier, finishing with soft, easy stony elements.
