Great on its own, this is a classic happy hour wine, easily enjoyed later into the evening. Pair with smoked salmon preparations or Middle Eastern dips like hummus or baba ghanoush.
Tasting Notes
There are a million and one ways to make rosé, but one of our favorites is when producers extract a bit more from a red grape and then supplement it with the juice from a white. This is one of those wines. The Syrah gives the wine richness and a classic peppery character, along with a touch of ripe pink fruit. The Rolle (also called Vermentino) adds snap and acidity.
