One of our favorite Cabernet Francs year over year, this dark and brooding bottle from Hauts Baigneaux shows just how much structure and depth the grape can have when it's fully ripened. Dark fruited on the nose with a kiss of milk chocolate, the palate is savory and mineral without any of the overtly green elements that sometimes typify Cab Franc.
