Rosé is of course, excellent on its own as an aperitif, but a fuller example like this is great for pairing too: try with richer seafood preparations like oysters rockefeller, or scallops and beure blanc, a rich salad like a chicken caesar, or summery veggies like roasted corn on the cob.
Tasting Notes
A great, fuller-bodied rosé from Beaujolais, the Fleur de Gamay shows the delicate side of the grape, with soft red fruits on the palate, and pure, crystalline minerality and florals on the nose.
