A great wine to contemplate on its own, but also has the richness and vibrancy that could work very well with poultry. Flavored with traditional Cajun blackening seasoning, sumac and za'atar, or even just salt and pepper with lemon, any bird that meets this wine will be happy. It's also a great match for heavier salads that incorporate a bit of fruit or delicately poached fish.
Tasting Notes
There's a certain vibrancy to the white wines of Alsace that we really love, and this traditional blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois opens up with a nose of wet stones, white flowers, and ripe orchard fruit.
