One of our favorite Pét-Nats year after year, Hager Matthias has combined a bit of the best of both worlds of traditional and ancestral method sparkling wine. Opening with a crystal clear nose of sweet citrus, unripe pear, and white pepper, the palate is crisp and delicate with a pleasant brioche quality, and a zippy, elegant finish.
