A fun and fruity sparkling rosé like this Pet Nat is perfect on its own, but it will do well with light vegetable-centric fare. A big Caesar or Chef's salad are great options, along with something like a roasted vegetable bowl. A lightly poached fish filet with an herbaceous cream sauce would also make these bubbles sing.

Hager Matthias is well known for his skill as a sparkling winemaker, and this sparkling rosé leaves no question why. The nose is at once fruity, but also a bit savory and herbal, while the palate is crisp and full of strawberry and cherry fruit, finishing with small, refreshing bubbles.
