Tasting Notes
A classic example of what we call a "gastronomic rosé," this wine is going to do perfectly against some market fresh vegetables and lighter proteins. Opening with a nose of real minerality and a touch of green in the form of herbs, it's not super fruity, but it is certainly refreshing, especially when cold. The palate is fuller than most, and will stand up to food with grace.
