Christoph Hoch earned his stripes as a winemaker with sparkling wine, and just a whiff of the Ancestral Rosé is convincing enough evidence. With a nose of light pink fruits and more effusive floral elements, it draws you in right away, while the palate is bright and crystal clear, expressing the same light fruits with an elegant mineral finish.
