Fiano is a classically-flamboyant grape varietal, with a whole lot of its own thing going on. It's aromas are typically mineral and savory, with a touch of yellow flowers, while the palate is rich and luscious, with fairly low acid. This wine brings a bit more zip to the mix, along with depth and a touch of green to the nose - a delicious spin on this classic Italian table wine.
