Tasting Notes
This is a Dry Farm classic, and with good reason. Le Fief Noir gives a beautiful example of how lush and vibrant Grolleau can be, while still retaining its classic rustic charm. Named after an imaginary, mythical place, Cocagne, where all your heart's desires are immediately at hand, this wine begins with a charming dark-fruited aroma, along with some notes of violets. The palate is fresh and zippy, but still earthy. It’s a prototypical Loire red from two of our favorite winemakers and growers. VIBRANT DEEP REFRESHING FLORAL CHARMING
