Tasting Notes
Smoky rx on the nose (almost mezcal-esque), bruléed cheese, carries to palate, fruit is kind of indistinct, super mineral too, ox, I kinda love it, but not sure how it works -- b(2.5), t(2.5); A little cheesy, a little smoky, still a bit wonky, but seems more put together than the last taste, a touch water-y, missing the palate, but okay -- b(1.5), t(1.5)
