Tasting Notes
This wine is part of a reclamation project from Cellar Pardas, which finds abandoned vineyards in Penedes and brings them back to life with organic viticulture. This wine opens with an earthy nose mingling pleasantly with light cranberry fruits and a touch of cream, while moving to an energetic palate with the same red fruits, a little heap of tannin, and fabulous, food-friendly acidity.
