Tasting Notes
With grapes sourced from two vastly different parts of France, the Loire and Gaillac, this blend’s differing elements have been finessed into a phenomenally balanced wine. With floral elements on the nose, along with very present mineral elements, the palate is waxy and even a bit creamy, with notes of vanilla and citrus.
