Sauvignon Blanc is one of those grapes that has a certain perception, but is capable of so much more! The Notre Sauvignon bucks the typical Loire style of laser-focused, mineral-driven white, for something a bit more new world and rich. Opening with a nose dominated by yellow and tropical fruit, with a touch of herbal green providing great balance, the palate is full, charming, and rich, with a silky, memorable finish.
