The Notre Sauvignon is a wine with a lot of personality, and it will shine perfectly well on its own as an aperitif, or as a match for richer seafood, and vegetable preparations. A lovely complement to a classic watercress and potato soup, sol meunier, or even something more exotic like a thai curry with coconut milk, it's a wine worth experimenting with when it comes to food.
Tasting Notes
Sauvignon Blanc is one of those grapes that has a certain perception, but is capable of so much more! The Notre Sauvignon bucks the typical Loire style of laser-focused, mineral-driven white, for something a bit more new world and rich. Opening with a nose dominated by yellow and tropical fruit, with a touch of herbal green providing great balance, the palate is full, charming, and rich, with a silky, memorable finish.
