A great pairing for a portuguese classic: tinned fish! The acidity in this wine makes it a fabulous match for richer, yet lighter dishes, specifically seafood - cod fish in a parsely sauce, scallops with beurre blanc, or a light panzanella salad are all great.
Tasting Notes
A fabulous Portuguese white that's more complex than it initially lets on. Opening with a mix of mineral, spice, and citrus, the palate is herbal with some similarities to a classic Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Finishing with green apple, and ample acidity, it's a wine that leaves you coming back for more.
