The thirteen local varieties in this unique white are printed in the spiral on the label, a subtle reference to the swirling winds in Saint-Cécile, a village in the Rhone that’s exposed to the "Mistral," a near-constant and powerful wind that blows off the Mediterranean sea and moderates the warm climate here. The freshness and aromatic intensity in this wine is the result of that very same wind.
