Tasting Notes
In Alsace, there's a tradition of blending complimentary white grapes into a wine called an Edelzwicker, or "noble blend." While this wine in neighboring Germany can't technically be called this, it definitely draws inspiration from these crisp, rounded, aromatic whites. With a nose of white and yellow flowers and a palate marked by ripe orchard fruit, tense minerality, and a bright, citrusy finish, it's a wine of undeniable charm and finesse.
