Your eyes are not deceiving you, this bottle is in fact from the chilly soils of Poland. It is hard enough farming healthy grapes here, let alone farming them organically, as Winnica Wieliczka does. This sparkling riesling opens with appealing notes of lemon peel, biscuit dough, and some green apple, while the palate is soft, and lush, with small bubbles, and surprising acidity.
