A fabulously unique white from the esteemed soils of Abruzzo, the Ausonia Trebbiano opens with distinct notes of butterscotch, white flowers, and ripe melon, moving to a broad palate with the same caramelized notes, and full stonefruit notes. It's a bit different, but will absolutely shine next to food.
