2022 Château Ferran Saint Pierre Bordeaux Supérieur Tradition

TASTING NOTES
Opening with classic notes of cassis, dark chocolate, and even a bit of herbal eucalyptus, the Ferran Bordeaux Supérieur is a blockbuster from the first whiff. On the palate, those same notes blossom, and are matched by red plum, a touch of cigar box, and are accented by long, well-integrated tannins. This is a classy wine that's delicious now, but is only beginning to develop - drink now, or in five years time.

FOOD PAIRING
Few wines are as renowned for their ability to pair with red meat as Bordeaux, and the Ferran is no exception. Enjoy with a butter and herb-basted Ribeye, or a classic of the region, Tournedos Rossini. Enjoy with a deeply-flavored mushroom risotto, or roasted beets for an excellent veggie option.
