From the undersung soils of Burgundy's Saint-Bris, Domaine Bersan's wines are almost equidistant from Sancerre and Chablis, both geographically, and in style. Opening with slaty mineral notes, and just a touch of underripe guava and freshly-cut grass, the palate brings the classic fruit weight of Sauv Blanc with a distinctly mineral acidity. It's a wine of uncommon nuance, and grace.
