Saint-Bris is categorically Sauvignon Blanc by way of Chablis, and the Mont Embrasé embodies that elegant, rare combination. Opening with notes of flint, ripe citrus, and just a hint of tropical fruit, the palate is glassy and timeless, with the same fruit notes, a strong mineral streak, and an electric, zesty finish.
