The Velue, a singular white expression from Johannes Zillinger's home village of Velm-Goetzendorf, opens with heady mineral elements, and restrained white florals. The palate is broad, subtle, and filled with sweet citrus, and a touch of unripe mango, with a bit of herbaceousness.
