Tasting Notes
In the early months of the year, if you're craving rosé, look to the Southern Hemisphere! Their harvest happens six months after the European harvest, so the wines lean a bit fresher. This bottle from Jurgen Gouws is music to our ears in the early summer months. With deep dark fruit notes on the nose, and some real crisp minerality on the palate, it's a gastronomic rosé, no doubt, but highly enjoyable on its own too.
